To start the LCC use

cd dev/software/LabControlCenter/
./start_lcc.bash


If you only need the simualtion setup use

cd dev/software/LabControlCenter
./start_lcc.bash --simulation




After you successfully started the LCC software, you can get familiar with the UI looking here.
